Pacifica Online Financial Aid System

The purpose of financial aid is to provide financial assistance to students enrolled at least half-time (minimum of 3 units each quarter) in an eligible program at Pacifica. Pacifica’s Board of Trustees, administrators, faculty and staff do all they can to ensure a quality education that is accessible to all students. While the process of financing an education can be challenging, the Financial Aid Office is committed to making this process as manageable as possible.

One way we hope to assist you is to provide secure online access to real-time information regarding your financial aid status. From this website you may:

complete our institutional aid application online
view, modify, and accept/decline your financial aid award letter online
check the status of your student loans for the current year
check anticipated disbursement dates for each quarter
view a list of documents we have received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding
access to your student loan history through the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)

2022 Fall Scholarship Application

If you are interested in applying for Federal Direct Stafford or Direct PLUS Loans, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Pacifica in order to use this system. If you have not started the financial aid application process, you may begin by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Enter our school code, G31268, on your application and we will automatically receive the results.

		UPDATED PASSWORD SECURITY SETTINGS Mandatory password character requirements must include: Password length of at least 9 characters At least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter At least 1 number At least 1 special character (ONLY) !*@#$%() Password expires every 60 days**
		To access the online financial aid system, use your social security number as the Student ID
		*If you forgot your password - click on the Forgot Your Password* link. Answer the security questions you originally set. Capitols and spaces matter. If questions are answered correctly, you will be able to create a new password. A new password will need to be created every 60 days. Keep your password in a safe place and do not share it with anyone. To change your password or your security questions, click on MyAccount** at the top of your screen once you are logged in.
		New Students / First Time Financial Aid Recipients: Account Activation Click on the First Time User link. Enter your social security number as the Student ID, Enter your date of birth (m/d/yyyy) Enter zip code to verify your identity. This will establish your account and you will be able to log in and create your own Pacifica Financial Aid password. See the password requirements above.
		All Students - New and Returning: We have implemented security features to further safeguard your personal information. You will be required to answer two security questions the first time you log in. These security questions will be used to verify your identity and allow you to create your own Pacifica Financial Aid password that will be easier for you to remember.
